What does shipping cost?
In Bengaluru, shipping is ₹49 — and free on orders of ₹499 or more. Everywhere else in India it's ₹99, and free on orders of ₹999 or more. Your delivery pincode decides the rate, and it's applied automatically at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be packed. Email us ASAP at support@handouts.co.in.

What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery twice. After that, the parcel is held at the nearest hub for 5 days. Please contact us at support@handouts.co.in if you need help.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
We currently accept prepaid orders only, paid securely online at checkout. Cash on Delivery isn't available.
